• Read & Write operation can be selected by jumper
• 12 bit counter for address generation.
• 12 LED's are provided to indicate the address of the RAM.
• 8 Bit data can be written in to the RAM through a buffer.
• Data selection by jumper pins.
• 8 LEDs provided to indicate the Data In or Data Out of RAM.
• Circuit provision for WRITE PROTECTING the RAM.
